To make a booking, we need a few details: project type, timeframe, and whether video is included. This page shows how to reach us and what information makes the inquiry faster. If it is urgent, please call. If you want it to be prepared, write to us with a few details about the project.
How to reach us

What information makes the inquiry faster
The clearer the inquiry, the more precise the answer. State the project type, planned timeframe, and whether video is included.
Project type
Interview, TV segment, or voice recording
A single interview requires a different setup than a multi-part shooting day. Tell us if you are recording one or more people, if it is a conversation or a pure voice recording, and if broadcast quality is required.
Timeframe
Date, time, and buffer
State a preferred date and an alternative date. Plan time for setup and rehearsal — especially if you are recording with us for the first time. If your time window is tight, please be open about it.
Video and team
Camera, people, and DPA
If video is included or if you are arriving with your own camera team, state the number of people. If a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is necessary, mention it right in the inquiry. With this information, we can usually provide a proposal within a short response time.
Opening hours and scheduling
We assign appointments based on availability. Recordings are generally possible by arrangement, even outside of standard hours, if a project requires it. For weekend or evening appointments, please mention this in your inquiry. Since setup and preparation take time, please plan your arrival so that you do not arrive to find the door locked.
Fixed studio hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. We coordinate everything outside of these hours in advance so that technology and the room are prepared before you arrive.

Data protection for your inquiry
Your information from the form is used to process your inquiry. It will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary for the execution of a project and has been clarified with you. Details on processing can be found in the privacy policy. Upon request, we can also conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before recordings take place.
For teams with fixed contacts
If you produce regularly, you can have a fixed contact person for your project. This is practical if appointments, setups, or formats recur. For recurring productions, it is worth defining the standard setup together once so that it does not have to be discussed anew every week.

How quickly will I receive a response?
We generally respond within standard business hours. For inquiries with an unclear project type, a follow-up question may be necessary, which will extend the response time accordingly. If it is urgent, please call us.
Can I book on short notice?
Sometimes yes, depending on availability. Short-notice requests with unclear requirements are more difficult to categorize than prepared ones. If you want to book on short notice, please call us, and we will clarify the feasibility directly.
Do I need to sign a DPA?
Only if personal data is being processed and we are acting on your behalf. For voice recordings without personal data, it may not be necessary. If you are unsure, please mention it in your inquiry, and we will clarify it before booking.
