Wording

The sections in order

This version applies to the website gripyaxa.click. It does not replace an individual agreement regarding a production.

Valid from October 2026

Content of this website

The content of this website is created with care. No guarantee is assumed for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Information regarding processes, equipment, and services is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commitment for a specific project. Technical equipment, microphone setup, and room layout may differ between two productions without the site reflecting this in each case. What is decisive is what we agree upon together before the recording.

Binding agreements

Only individual agreements made between the studio and the client are binding.

An inquiry via the contact form does not constitute a contract. A contract is only formed upon confirmation of an appointment. Until then, the appointment, scope of the recording, number of takes, and delivery format remain open. This also applies if we have already responded to an inquiry with an estimate.

References to external websites

This website may contain references to external websites. The respective provider is responsible for their content.

No liability is assumed for the content of external websites. At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for possible legal violations. If a change occurs later, we cannot continuously monitor them; a notification to us is sufficient, then we will check the reference and remove it if necessary.

Website availability

No guarantee is assumed that the website will be available without interruption.

Maintenance work, technical malfunctions, or measures by service providers can lead to restrictions. If it is critical for an ongoing production — such as for short-notice appointment coordination or the handover of recordings — please also use the phone or email instead of relying on the website.

Use of information

The use of the information provided on this website is at your own risk.

Decisions made based on this information are the responsibility of the user. For project-related decisions, you should seek individual advice. This concerns, for example, the choice between two recording dates, the assessment of which format is suitable for an interview, or the question of which documents and releases a TV production requires.

Scope of liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations are affected and no damage from injury to life, body, or health exists. For damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, we are liable to the extent of the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Deviating mandatory legal regulations remain unaffected.

Status

This disclaimer applies in the version published here. In the event of changes, it will be updated at this location.

The currently published version is dated October 2026. If processes in the studio change and a section is no longer accurate, we will revise the text at this point. A continuous record of older versions is not maintained.

A confirmed appointment request, an offer, or a contract says more about a production than any description on this page.

Information on equipment, processes, and formats can be found on the respective pages. For a specific project, we will clarify the scope, date, and delivery in a short conversation — only then is a commitment reliable.

What these rules refer to in everyday life

The disclaimer is dryly formulated but concerns three concrete situations: planning a recording date, the acceptance of recordings, and the question of who provides which documents.

Appointment planning: What is discussed verbally only applies after written confirmation.
Two microphone capsules next to each other on dark felt, from above with hard side light
Acceptance: Number of takes, formats, and loudness requirements are determined before the recording.

Documents: Releases and materials are provided by the client, the studio provides the recording.
